Kathleen, a native of Tennessee, has lived on Sanibel for over ten
years and is well known in the local community. She has an extensive
background in business management and is a skilled negotiator, which
is a great advantage to her real estate clients. She owned a chain of
retail stores in Southeastern malls and then managed two of our favorite
island restaurants, for which she is widely recognized. She is known
for her honesty, determination, and attention to the smallest details.
Kathleen is particularly good at identifying the best property for her
Buyers' needs, whether for primary residence, vacation home, or investment.
For Sellers, she aggressively promotes her listings and carefully protects
the Seller's interest from listing to closing.
Kathleen is a member of the Sanibel-Captiva Board of Realtors and has expertise in both the Sanibel-Captiva markets and the South Ft. Myers market. She is
active in the Sanibel community and served on the Board of Directors of the Sanibel
Public Library for many years. She is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Conservation
Foundation, Care and Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW), and the International
Osprey Foundation.
Kathleen is a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Georgia
and has a degree in Economics. She and her husband enjoy
the beauty of our area with their teenager, David, and
young daughter Rachel. If you have any questions about
our sunny paradise, call Kathleen today at 239-470-3218.
